Telecommunications Architect
Job Summary
To support a leading radiology practice, the full-time Telecommunications Architect will define and evolve enterprise architecture for collaboration and contact center technologies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and establish architecture standards and reference designs for communication platforms like Cisco Webex and Calabrio
- Design scalable and secure solutions for omnichannel engagement, IVR, and workforce management
- Provide technical leadership by guiding architecture reviews and mentoring engineering teams
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise telecommunications and unified communications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Advanced expertise with Cisco collaboration technologies, including Webex Contact Center and Webex Calling
- Experience with workforce engagement platforms such as Calabrio or Genesys Cloud CX
- Strong understanding of telecommunications security and compliance requirements, including HIPAA and PCI DSS
