Telecommunications Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing spend governance function, the remote contract Telecommunications Implementation Engineer will manage supplier overcharge recovery processes, analyze construction service pricing, and engage with stakeholders to ensure effective supplier management and financial recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the Quarterly Business Review process and prepare supplier performance reporting dashboards
• Gather and analyze data to identify and develop targeted overcharges for suppliers, preparing negotiation strategies for recovery
• Conduct detailed price reviews on projects, assessing risks and making recommendations for cost management and recovery

Required Qualifications

• Six or more years of relevant work experience in telecommunications or construction services
• Practical experience with Construction Services Matrix pricing programs and price negotiation
• Familiarity with construction contracting methodologies and estimating methods
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, RF Data Sheets, and financial records
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and managing supplier relationships
