Job Summary
A fast-paced educational publisher is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate Editor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Working with nonfiction content for electronic/digital publishing program for grades K–12
- Completing content assessment, adaptation, and/or creation
- Editing, copyediting, and proofreading in an online environment
Position Requirements Include:
- Very occasional travel to conferences or NYC for meetings
- Exceptional editorial, communication, organizational, and proofreading/copyediting skills
- Experience editing in an online environment
