Job Summary
A business process outsourcing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Business Processing Outsourcing Customer Experience Technology Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing all aspects of projects and customer communications
- Overseeing and being accountable for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned projects
- Performing design, development, and configuration of CCaaS products and platforms
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years in development, configuration, or deploying SaaS/Cloud products and platforms
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in CX industry
- Experience in cloud-based CX platforms
- Experience in implementing, maintaining, and supporting voice, IVR, chat, SMS/messaging channels in SaaS platforms
- Experience programming experience with implementing API/Web Services
- Experience integrating CCaaS products with CRM solutions (like Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
