Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Stars Customer Experience Consultant, remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in strategy and execution of customer experience improvement initiatives for the Optum at Home population
- Coordinate and integrate OAH level strategy at the market level
- Lead the completion of customer experience projects with cross-functional teams to achieve improvement goals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with CAHPS/HOS and quality measures
- 5+ years of experience in a health plan or Medicare healthcare provider
- Experience utilizing healthcare data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
- Project management experience preferred
