Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Stars Customer Experience Consultant, remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in strategy and execution of customer experience improvement initiatives for the Optum at Home population
  • Coordinate and integrate OAH level strategy at the market level
  • Lead the completion of customer experience projects with cross-functional teams to achieve improvement goals
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with CAHPS/HOS and quality measures
  • 5+ years of experience in a health plan or Medicare healthcare provider
  • Experience utilizing healthcare data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
  • Project management experience preferred
