Job Summary

A tech start-up is in need of a Telecommute Community Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Creating online and offline community strategy and implement new procedures and systems
• Working with engineers and product teams to create software infrastructure
• Monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on growth metrics and KPIs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Comfortable with all aspects of global recruitment and management of global teams
• Exceptional ability to explain complex concepts clearly while dealing with multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent at using data and quantitative approaches for decision making
