Job Summary
A hospitality software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Corporate MasterHost.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Promptly performing all Guest communication and listing management for the Full-Service products
- Providing Resident Host support for Self- and Full-Service products
- Managing the HaaS Admin Portal daily
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to travel to company headquarters quarterly
- Must have robust knowledge of hospitality and customer service practices
- Strong familiarity with hosting on Airbnb
- Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to have prompt and professional communication with Residents, Guests, and PMCs
- Must exercise judgement within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate actions
