Job Summary

A cloud solutions technology company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Identity Cloud Solution Associate Technical Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Using data to monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends
  • Providing ongoing account summaries, project status, and success stories to internal teams
  • Supporting inbound customer queries from technical and business contacts

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge/experience with technical, ideally developer, topics
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and services, their adoption, integration, and ongoing use
  • Ability to be a self-starter who enjoys the challenge of a demanding and varied workflow
  • Ability to be curious to learn about customers
  • Results-orientated in achieving your goals
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
