Job Summary
A cloud solutions technology company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Identity Cloud Solution Associate Technical Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Using data to monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends
- Providing ongoing account summaries, project status, and success stories to internal teams
- Supporting inbound customer queries from technical and business contacts
Required Skills:
- Knowledge/experience with technical, ideally developer, topics
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and services, their adoption, integration, and ongoing use
- Ability to be a self-starter who enjoys the challenge of a demanding and varied workflow
- Ability to be curious to learn about customers
- Results-orientated in achieving your goals
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
