Job Summary

A customer engagement services company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Support Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Resolving the problem quickly and ensure situation does not escalate
  • Building a strong relationship with your customer
  • Answering back to back calls and resolve issues in a remote environment
