Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Improving calibration of customer support auditors through analyzing historic audit results
• Enhancing the customer support case data model to allow for efficient analysis
• Delivering professional development services more cost effectively

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in a data science/analyst role; or related experience
• Extensive expertise using business intelligence and data visualization tools
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT pipelines and related tooling, understanding of relational data models and metric creation
• Superb communication skills in writing and conversation, especially with non-technical partners
• Strong analytical background and experience driving self-directed projects
• Ability to learn and adopt new tools and methods
