Job Summary
A biotechnology company has an open position for a Telecommute Employment Counsel.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage US employment litigation working with outside counsel
- Support labor relations activities such as responses to union organizing attempts, collective bargaining, and works council
- Use data to identify legal trends and risks and develop actionable plans and programs to manage and mitigate risks
Skills and Requirements Include:
- J.D. degree (US) or its equivalent in another country
- 7 years employment law experience in house or top tier law firm
- Prior experience providing advice and counsel and managing employment litigation
- Admission to a state bar is required, or its equivalent in another country
- Prior experience working in a top tier law firm
