Telecommute Employment Counsel

Job Summary

A biotechnology company has an open position for a Telecommute Employment Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage US employment litigation working with outside counsel
• Support labor relations activities such as responses to union organizing attempts, collective bargaining, and works council
• Use data to identify legal trends and risks and develop actionable plans and programs to manage and mitigate risks

Skills and Requirements Include:

• J.D. degree (US) or its equivalent in another country
• 7 years employment law experience in house or top tier law firm
• Prior experience providing advice and counsel and managing employment litigation
• Admission to a state bar is required, or its equivalent in another country
• Prior experience working in a top tier law firm
