Job Summary

A virtual assistant company is filling a position for a Telecommute Family Law Paralegal on the West Coast.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing support to attorneys in family law practices
  • Preparing forms and spreadsheets
  • Running conflicts checks

Required Skills:

  • Availability to respond to requests within an hour during the hours of 9 AM - 6 PM Pacific Time, Monday – Friday
  • 5 years of experience as a paralegal
  • Highly familiar working in cloud-based legal software
  • Thrive in a work-from-home environment,
  • Experience creating and formatting documents in MS Word and converting documents to PDF format in Adobe
  • Experience creating spreadsheets in Excel
