Job Summary
A banking and financial services firm has an open position for a Telecommute Financial User Experience Design Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Mentoring, motivating, coaching, and managing user experience design colleagues
- Being accountable for the performance, quality control, and the results of a group of UX designers
- Helping identify any issues impeding the UX design talent and recommending plans of action to remediate
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or
- Equivalent professional experience
- At least 8+ years in UX Design
- 3+ years in team management
- Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
