Job Summary

A banking and financial services firm has an open position for a Telecommute Financial User Experience Design Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Mentoring, motivating, coaching, and managing user experience design colleagues
  • Being accountable for the performance, quality control, and the results of a group of UX designers
  • Helping identify any issues impeding the UX design talent and recommending plans of action to remediate

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or
  • Equivalent professional experience
  • At least 8+ years in UX Design
  • 3+ years in team management
  • Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
