Job Summary

Provider of risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and human resources solutions and outsourcing services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Global Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Partner.

Must be able to:

  • Lead teams that provide innovative and effective solutions for clients engaging in large and small scale change events
  • Provide thought leadership at a regional or specialty level
  • Maintain executive-level relationships and act as a trusted point of contact

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years large scale consultative global merger and acquisition experience
  • Advanced knowledge in a multiplicity of business and HR fields (e.g., compensation and benefits, workforce restructuring, HR operations)
  • Previous experience with compensation or talent alignment preferred
  • Knowledge and experience managing small to large scale projects
  • Undergo a background check
