Job Summary

Medical laboratory has a current position open for a Telecommute Laboratory Testing and Clinical Education Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing, interpreting, and approving daily case load of clinical testing performed by the laboratory
• Liaising between the clients and the laboratory, assist with questions about diagnostic testing
• Training of on-site directors in China and India for clinical interpretation and reporting

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Travel to present scientific papers or market at scientific meeting(s)
• MD or PhD in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science
• Board certified in genetic counseling and clinical molecular genetics
• 3-5+ years post-doctoral NGS experience
• 2+ years of experience in clinical molecular genetics
• Demonstrated success in technical proficiency, scientific creativity, collaboration with others and independent thought
