A marketing and brand management company is filling a position for a Telecommute Marketing Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing inbound SLA performance for all partner teams and LOB
  • Managing day to day operations with the vendor- ongoing script and project plan updates
  • Reviewing of mail tracking report to determine in home dates

Qualifications Include:

  • Call Center experience
  • 3 or more years’ of related experience
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong technical skills with MS Excel, MSWord and MS Power Point
  • Ability to Review of mail tracking report to determine in home dates
  • Ability to manage inbound SLA performance for all partner teams and LOB
