• Collecting delinquent accounts by establishing payment arrangements with patients
• Maintaining work operations by following policies and procedures

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Utilizes and communicates both over the phone and in person with patients, collection agencies, insurance companies and staff
• Extensive experience in all aspects of billing, ICD-10, CPT, appeals processing, payment posting and medical billing software
