Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Medical Coding and Billing Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing EOBs and other correspondence from insurance company
• Researching and resolving coding denials and submit charge corrections when necessary

Position Requirements Include:

• High school education or GED
• AAPC or AHIMA certified medical coder
• Minimum of CPC credential but not limited to CRC, CPC-P, CCS and COC; RHIT or RHIA
