Telecommute Medical Director

Job Summary

A mental healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Medical Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintaining and enhancing the highest standards of healthcare delivery to all patients
• Assisting in recruiting, hiring, orienting, monitoring, directing, coaching, and evaluating medical staff
• Providing direct patient care for medication management, diagnostic evaluations and medical assessments

Qualifications Include:

• Unrestricted MD or DO in Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine & licensed or eligible by Florida
• Valid DEA Certification
• Minimum of 5 years’ practice and 3-5 years in a leadership position
• Ability to work as a member of a management team
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with medical staff, patients, clinical support and administrative staff
