Job Summary
An information and analytics company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Principal Architect.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Dive-in to high risk or complex problems in both an architecture and engineering capacity
- Leverage your knowledge and domain expertise to guide the technology organization through their transformation journey
- Become a subject matter expert on the requirements, architecture, design, and development process of the solutions, systems
Qualifications for this position include:
- Extensive experience in one or more major cloud platform providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Technical experience, including domain experience designing and architecting big data solutions
- Experience with big data technologies or their derivatives, such as Spark, Presto, and Delta Lake
- Experience with streaming technologies or their derivatives, such as Kafka, NiFi, and NATs
- Experience with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the technology space
