Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Information Technology Application Security Architect.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reporting to our Lead Security Engineer
- Conducting threat modeling and security testing
- Acting as a subject matter expert on web applications
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of prior experience performing web application assessments
- 5+ years of prior experience with threat modeling, security design reviews, and cloud and microservice architectures
- Experience with building secure development practices into SDLC
- Comprehensive knowledge, experience, and understanding of testing OWASP Top 10 and mitigating the vulnerabilities
- Strong knowledge and experience in common security tools and practices
- Understanding of modern web development technology and stack (MERN, GraphQL, REST etc)
