Telecommute Senior Scientific Programmer Analyst

Job Summary

A company that publishes scientific journals and operates scientific programs is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Scientific Programmer Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing use cases, wireframes to communicate proposed functionality with clients and other developers
• Developing sequence diagrams, class diagrams and other appropriate ad hoc diagrams
• Implementing functionality using appropriate code/tools

Position Requirements Include:

• Extensive university or college level training leading to a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least five years software programming experience with C#, or related object-oriented language
• Ability and demonstrated experience developing and deploying web applications for the enterprise
• Knowledge of programming methodology and agile development life cycle
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of software construction skills
