Job Summary
A company that publishes scientific journals and operates scientific programs is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Scientific Programmer Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing use cases, wireframes to communicate proposed functionality with clients and other developers
- Developing sequence diagrams, class diagrams and other appropriate ad hoc diagrams
- Implementing functionality using appropriate code/tools
Position Requirements Include:
- Extensive university or college level training leading to a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least five years software programming experience with C#, or related object-oriented language
- Ability and demonstrated experience developing and deploying web applications for the enterprise
- Knowledge of programming methodology and agile development life cycle
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of software construction skills
