Job Summary
An insurance service is seeking a Telecommute Senior Software Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design and develop REST APIs based on Spring technologies, mainly Spring Boot
- Define key metrics to measure and find ways to optimize the performance of application
- Use modern Java patterns and frameworks to design, implement, and test software solution
Required Skills:
- Understanding or experience with systems like Gitlab using Terraform in CI/CD build pipelines
- Experience with SQL: Complex queries, stored procedures, triggers
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and techniques
- Experience with writing useful unit and integration tests
- Golang experience is preferred
- Experience with ElasticSearch/OpenSearch is ideal
