Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning, maintaining, and operating suite of Spark jobs supporting multiple data set processing pipelines
- Creating and preserving knowledge with well-written documentation
- Building and maintaining data processing pipelines for several major data sources
Qualifications Include:
- 8+ years experience in a professional setting
- Strong software engineering, programming, and QA skills
- Proficiency with Linux (or other POSIX)
- Proficiency with Spark / Scala
- Ability to create and preserve knowledge with well-written documentation
- Ability to own, maintain, and operate suite of Spark jobs supporting multiple data set processing pipelines
