Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Telecommute Solutions Architect.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Aligning with our Sales team but partnering with leadership across many other functions
- Helping sophisticated and technically advanced enterprise customers optimize their use of our product
- Building relationships and partner closely with FinTech companies and banks
Required Skills:
- A subject-matter expert in AML, anti-fraud, or financial crime compliance
- Comfort with the sales process for enterprise prospects.
- Ability to distill complex concepts into simple, elegant explanations for all user levels
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as a product evangelist, advisor, or similar role
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally
