Telehealth PA or NP - PR, GU, VI Licensed

Job Summary

To support military readiness, the remote Telehealth PA or NP - PR, GU, VI Licensed will provide quality virtual medical care services, conduct patient assessments, and ensure adherence to operational guidelines while working part-time or full-time based on patient volume and business needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual health assessments and triage for patients, ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Maintain detailed patient records and manage follow-ups for referrals and ongoing medical issues
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver safe and effective patient care in a non-traditional setting

Required qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program or Physician Assistant (PA) Program
• Valid and unrestricted PA or NP license in Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands
• 1+ years of clinical experience as a PA or NP, including managing acute and chronic conditions
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) platforms for patient documentation
• Ability to obtain multiple state licenses within 2 weeks of hire date
