Telehealth Pharmacist - State Licensed
Job Summary
To support a newly launched Clinical Engagement Center, the full-time remote Telehealth Pharmacist - State Licensed will manage Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services for commercial and Medicare members while developing clinical outreach programs to enhance member health and wellness.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) and expanded clinical programs in accordance with CMS guidelines
- Develop clinical algorithms, pathways, and call scripts to support pharmacy staff in delivering MTM services
- Collaborate with CEC staff to maintain a high-quality and consistent MTM product
Required qualifications
- Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence
- Minimum of two years clinical experience, including direct consultation experience
- Experience as a clinical call center lead is preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations
- Spanish-speaking is preferred
