Telehealth Physician - State Licensed

Job Summary

To support a growing care navigation program, the remote Telehealth Physician - State Licensed will provide clinical leadership by conducting telehealth evaluations, guiding care plans, and developing clinical protocols while working part-time or full-time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth evaluations to identify and prioritize members' clinical and social needs
• Review and guide care plans developed by the care team, serving as the escalation point for clinical concerns
• Develop and maintain clinical protocols and training for care team members on clinical red flags and escalation processes

Required qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state, with willingness to obtain additional licenses
• 3+ years of post-residency clinical practice experience
• Strong understanding of social determinants of health and their impact on outcomes
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and care management tools
