Telephonic Nurse Case Manager - AZ & CA
Job Summary
Providing remote medical case management services, the full-time Telephonic Nurse Case Manager - AZ & CA will assist injured individuals in their recovery, coordinating medical services and exploring vocational options while working Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of injured individuals, ensuring their medical services are coordinated and assessed regularly
- Collaborate with claim examiners, employers, attorneys, and medical providers to facilitate recovery and return to work
- Explore vocational options and secure pre-injury or alternate employment for clients
Required qualifications
- Unencumbered compact RN license required
- Additional California RN license required at the time of application
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) strongly preferred
- National certification (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, COHN) strongly preferred, to be obtained within 2 years of hire
- Current and unrestricted professional licenses or certifications allowing practice within a state or territory of the United States
