Template Specialist I (PA Licensed)
Job Summary
Working from home full-time, the Template Specialist I (PA Licensed) will create, analyze, and support provider and ancillary templates and scheduling configurations to enhance patient access while providing consultative support to operations on implementation and configuration.
Key responsibilities:
- Optimize template design and build through analysis of provider capacity and utilization statistics
- Provide consultative support on slot utilization and business requirements for new initiatives related to template maintenance
- Proactively identify gaps in template and scheduling configurations while ensuring compliance with system standards
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required
- Experience with patient medical appointment scheduling is necessary
- Strong analytical thinking and computer literacy skills
- Knowledge of HR policies, standards, and procedures
