Temporary Account Executive

Job Summary

Supporting the Health team, the part-time Temporary Account Executive will manage the daily production of a media monitoring report, track healthcare industry developments, and synthesize information from various sources to deliver actionable insights remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and deliver a comprehensive media monitoring report by 9:00 a.m. ET daily, ensuring relevant coverage is accurately summarized
• Monitor U.S. news coverage and healthcare developments, identifying emerging issues and trends relevant to the client
• Draft concise media summaries and analyses for internal teams and client stakeholders while maintaining strong editorial standards

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in public relations, media monitoring, journalism, or communications
• Strong writing, editing, and research skills, with familiarity in AP style
• Understanding of the U.S. news media landscape and ability to summarize relevant coverage
• Experience with media monitoring platforms such as Cision or Muck Rack is preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulatory developments
