Temporary Admissions Outreach Specialist
Job Summary
To support the Admissions team, the part-time Temporary Admissions Outreach Specialist will engage in rapid-response outreach to prospective students, providing program information and scheduling advising appointments while working on-site in Pasadena, CA for a 3-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and texts to prospective students
- Conduct introductory conversations to identify interests and address enrollment barriers
- Schedule appointments for qualified students with admissions counselors and document outreach efforts in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of experience in high-volume phone outreach, admissions recruitment, or customer service
- Familiarity with CRM or database tracking software, preferably Salesforce or CampusVue
- High energy, organized, and reliable work style suited for a fast-paced environment
