Temporary Business Process Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the Reactivate Operating System, the Temporary Business Process Manager will work remotely on a six-month contract to enhance business processes, evaluate technology platforms like Salesforce, and monitor performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with functional teams to implement and enhance ROS capabilities and business processes
- Evaluate Salesforce and other platforms against ROS requirements, identifying areas for improvement
- Monitor Capability KPIs to identify performance trends and recommend process and system enhancements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business process management, operational excellence, or business systems analysis
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating and improving business processes supported by enterprise technology platforms
- Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise workflow/CRM platforms
- Strong skills in process mapping, root-cause analysis, and developing operational KPIs
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
