Job Summary
To support communications and marketing initiatives, the temporary part-time Communications Specialist will develop high-quality written, digital, and graphic materials while collaborating with program staff and the Communications team in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Write, edit, and proofread creative and technical content for various publications and digital platforms
- Provide marketing support for program initiatives, events, and organizational activities
- Design and produce communications materials using Adobe InDesign and Canva
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred
- Significant professional experience in communications, marketing, or publications management
- Advanced knowledge of social media, email marketing, and website content management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and website content management systems
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and graphic design tools preferred
