Temporary Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Office of Research, the full-time Temporary Compliance Analyst will manage the Faculty Outside Work Program and Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI) Program, ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating communication with faculty and administrators, while eligible for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the intake process and preliminary analysis for Faculty Outside Work Forms, including document tracking and communication of review outcomes
• Support the FCOI program by conducting pre-reviews of disclosures and ensuring timely submission of complete disclosures by researchers
• Ensure compliance with conflict of commitment regulations by coordinating with researchers and documenting compliance in relevant University systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, communications, or risk assessment, or equivalent experience
• Two years of experience in a risk management, legal, or compliance role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience creating data visualizations, such as with Power BI
• Demonstrated experience working in a large, highly structured environment
• Ability to manage a high volume of time-sensitive materials within a specialized database
