Temporary Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Temporary Certification Compliance Specialist will manage compliance systems for product certifications and ensure adherence to regulatory and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Certify products and maintain active certifications with various third-party certification bodies and retailer registrations
• Create and update SOPs and forms to maintain compliance while staying informed on changes to certification requirements
• Support internal and external audits and generate metrics related to certification status and quality control performance

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of regulatory and/or compliance experience in an FDA-regulated industry, preferably in dietary supplements
• Bachelor's degree in a Scientific Discipline such as Chemistry, Nutrition Science, or Biology
• Working knowledge of cGMPs and current regulations
• Experience with certification management is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in standard business software, including database management skills
