Job Summary
To support the Kids Heart Challenge campaign, the temporary part-time Development Coordinator will manage data entry, communicate with fundraising teams, and assist school engagement efforts remotely from Connecticut, working five hours a day, five days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Maintaining communication with directors and volunteers to ensure fundraising objectives are met
- Entering and managing critical data related to donor information and events, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Preparing presentations and documentation, as well as supporting Directors and Senior Directors with various tasks
Required qualifications
- At least three years of experience in administrative work, project coordination, or event management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; advanced skills preferred
- Experience with web conferencing software such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships with staff and volunteers
