Temporary Development Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the School Fundraising programs for the Kids Heart Challenge campaign, the part-time temporary Development Coordinator will manage data entry, interact with fundraising teams, and assist with school engagement efforts in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining communication with directors and volunteers to ensure objectives are achieved
• Entering and managing critical data, including donor information and event details, while generating necessary reports
• Preparing presentations, correspondence, and documentation in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• At least three years of experience in administrative work, project coordination, or event management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with intermediate skills required
• Experience with web conferencing software such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
