Temporary Development Coordinator
Job Summary
Supporting the School Fundraising programs for the Kids Heart Challenge campaign, the part-time Temporary Development Coordinator will manage data entry, interact with the fundraising team, and assist in achieving school engagement results while working remotely for approximately 14 weeks starting December 14, 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Maintaining communication with directors and volunteers to ensure objectives are met
- Entering and managing critical data related to donor information and fundraising events
- Preparing presentations and documentation, while supporting various Directors and Senior Vice Presidents
Required qualifications
- At least three years of experience in administrative work, project coordination, or event management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience with web conferencing software such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
