Temporary Development Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the School Fundraising programs for the Kids Heart Challenge campaign, the part-time Temporary Development Coordinator will manage data entry, maintain communication with the fundraising team and schools, and assist the RVP and Development Directors in achieving engagement goals, working remotely for approximately 25 hours a week from December 2026 to May 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining communication with directors and volunteers to ensure fundraising objectives are met
• Entering and managing critical data related to donor information and fundraising events
• Preparing presentations and documentation, and supporting various projects as needed

Required qualifications

• At least three years of experience in administrative work, project coordination, or event management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with intermediate skills required
• Experience in event planning and web conferencing software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
