Temporary Ecommerce Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To provide parental leave coverage from November 2026 through April 2027, the Temporary Ecommerce Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day logistics, fulfillment, and inventory operations for a growing supplements business in a fully remote, contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, fulfillment, and inventory operations while serving as the primary contact for third-party logistics partners
• Monitor supply chain metrics, track production schedules, and manage communications with contract manufacturers and packaging suppliers
• Support customer experience operations by troubleshooting issues and coordinating with internal teams to resolve escalated customer concerns

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in CPG operations, ecommerce operations, or supply chain coordination; experience in supplements is a plus
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize urgent operational needs effectively
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and discrepancy identification
• Experience with Shopify, 3PL systems, or other ecommerce platforms is a plus
