Temporary HRIS Data Analyst

Job Summary

Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data, the part-time Temporary HRIS Data Validation Analyst will validate and reconcile HRIS data, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Validate employee demographic, payroll, and benefits data across multiple systems
• Perform record-level comparisons to identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Document validation findings and maintain audit trails of discrepancies and resolutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two years of experience in HR technology systems
• 2+ years of experience in HRIS or Data Analytics
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data analysis techniques
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
