Job Summary
Working remotely in the United States, the Temporary Instructional Designer will design, develop, and evaluate engaging virtual blended learning experiences, utilizing innovative methodologies and technologies to enhance learner knowledge and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Build, incubate, test, and implement learning solutions for diverse clients and geographies
- Apply human-centered design and design thinking to prioritize the learner experience in an agile environment
- Leverage learning data to monitor performance and predict learner success while supporting curriculum design efforts
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience in building e-learning content using Articulate Storyline or similar tools
- Knowledge of adult learning theory, user design, and learning design principles
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and/or Learning Experience Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced PowerPoint and basic Excel skills
- Basic project management skills and familiarity with productivity tools
