Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives, the Temporary Learning Consultant will provide part-time learning consulting services through June 30, 2027, focusing on stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and the development of engaging learning experiences, with the option to work remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning solutions while applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, coordinating activities across stakeholders and documenting project status and recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with stakeholders to identify learning needs and support learning initiatives
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies, Microsoft 365 applications, and learning management systems
• Strong skills in facilitation, project management, and organization
