Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders, conduct needs analyses, and design engaging learning experiences, with the flexibility to work either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design, develop, and evaluate a variety of learning solutions using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, coordinating activities across stakeholders and documenting project status and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs and supporting firmwide initiatives
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and facilitation skills
