Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage in learning strategy development, instructional design, and project management, with the flexibility to work either onsite or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders on development strategies and learner engagement
• Design and implement a variety of learning solutions using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects from analysis through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and facilitation skills
