Temporary Learning Consultant
Job Summary
To support defined learning and development initiatives, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage in stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and course material development, working either remotely or from an office location through June 30, 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
- Design and evaluate virtual and blended learning experiences applying adult learning principles
- Manage multiple projects, coordinating activities across stakeholders and documenting project status
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in consulting on learning and development needs
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
- Experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
- Strong project management and facilitation skills
