Temporary Learning Consultant
Job Summary
To support enterprise initiatives, the Temporary Learning Consultant will provide learning consulting services through June 30, 2027, either remotely or from an office location, focusing on stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project management.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders on learning strategies and talent development best practices
- Design and evaluate various learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery of learning initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting
