Job Summary
To support defined learning and development initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage with stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and design learning solutions, with the option to work either remotely or from an office location.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement
- Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences while applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Manage multiple projects by coordinating activities, documenting project status, and establishing success measures for learning initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in consulting with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs
- 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional partners
