Temporary Learning Consultant
Job Summary
To support enterprise initiatives, the Temporary Learning Consultant will provide learning consulting services through June 30, 2027, either remotely or from an office location, focusing on stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project management.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions on learning strategies and engage with stakeholders to identify development needs
- Design and implement various learning solutions, including virtual and blended learning experiences
- Manage project plans and coordinate activities across stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of learning initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting and instructional design
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
- Experience managing multiple projects and facilitating discussions with stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills
